M Swaminathan
Mr. Swaminathan is a B.E (Mechanical Engineering), having passed out of Regional Engineering College, Trichy.
He has been involved in the design of valves and related products right from the beginning of his career and is actively developing and improving on valve designs.
Mr. Swaminathan is a designer of repute, who headed the team involved in the development and manufacture of valves for the Indian Navy. Under his guidance, Propel Valves was one of the first companies in India to develop Titanium valves for the Indian Navy. We were chosen as an indigenous alternative to importing specialty valves for Navy’s submarines.
Still very passionate about R&D, he comes out with various new features and designs both for specific customer requirements and for improvising on our regular products. He was one of the first to design with Autocad and other engineering tools when those were in the nascent stage in India. He oversees new developments with vendors while also ensuring quality in regular production.
E S Narayanan
Mr. Narayanan has a wide range of experience with various customers having worked in the industry for more than 3 decades. He has handled sales and marketing in various regions has been instrumental in winning and retaining various customers. His command over various languages have helped the Company add customers from across the country.
His administrative and people skills come in handy for the Company in everyday management. He oversees the head office and handles sales and marketing.
Vivek J Simon
Mr. Vivek started in the software industry and gained valuable experience working in various high profile projects in both India and USA.
His addition to Propel Valves gives the company a new age management person who liasons with MNCs and brings in latest management practices along with effective usage of technology. He has brought a change for the better in terms of customer reach, data usage and effective delivery turn around time.
Vivek handles development and liasoning with various customers. He also oversees planning and management in Production and Sales. He is a B.Tech from Kochi University and has a Management Certification from Stanford University, USA
