We are approved for Design, Development and Production of Valves under the Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Indian Navy - Ministry of Defence. This is considered to be one of the most stringent and top-notch quality credentials in the country.

At Propel Valves Private Ltd, we strictly adhere to international norms of quality on products. Therefore, we follow a stringent line of quality check before we cater our products to our clients while we manufacture them at international standards including BS, ANSI, DIN, NES and GOST. We further ensure that all castings are procured with stringent high-quality norms including radiography, chemical & physical properties and metallurgical characteristics from highly established and approved foundries.
We have been certified / inspected by some of the well-known institutions in the world. Lloyd’s Register Industrial Services (India) Limited, Aker Kwaerner Powergas India, Technimont ICB Limited, Bombay & Baroda, Baxcounsel Inspection Bureau Pvt Ltd, Tata Consulting Engineers, Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Ministry of Defence, India, ABS Industrial Verification Service India Pvt Ltd, Rupak Consultants Pvt Ltd, Protech Consultants Pvt Ltd, Bureau Veritas Industrial Services (India) Pvt Ltd. Our Quality Control systems and Design are certified as per ISO 9001:2008.
Our company is also equipped with some of the best machines and facilities in order to meet international quality standards. We are also equipped with superlative technical know-how and production facilities too. We carry out extensive quality tests to ensure that our valves meet international standards. Our test facilities include Hydro-pneumatic test Rigs, Vacuum test rigs, Fire-safe test facilities, Flow Measurement and Vibration Analysis system.

Fire Test - API-607 - 6th Edition
Propel Valves has been manufacturing fire safe valves from 1995 onwards. We have periodically qualified ourselves according to revisions of API 607. We are happy to announce that Propel Valves has successfully re-qualified under API – 607 6th Edition (Latest Edition), Fire Testing of Ball valves. This test was completed with Llyods Register Asia as the witnessing authority.
